Proc Fiskal is the alias of Edinburgh based Scottish musician Joe Powers.
Signed to Hyperdub since 2018, Powers has released two albums on the label, Insula (2018) and Siren Spine Sysex (2021) as well as 2023’s ‘RT Hon EP’.
