OKZharp is the moniker of Cape Town born, London based musician and producer Gervaise Gordon.
Working with Hyperdub since his time as part of production trio LV, as OKZharp Gordon puts his own spin on the vibrant dance music scene of his home country.
Along with frequent collaborator and fellow South African artist Manthe Ribane, he put out two acclaimed EPs followed by 2018 record Closer Apart. Their collaboration combined sounds from their native country with the grimy aesthetic of their Hyperdub label mates.
