Mercury-nominated for his era-defining  2005 album Untrue, Burial (AKA William Bevan) is a once in a generation talent whose influence on contemporary electronic music is undeniable. He has collaborated with Thom Yorke, Four Tet, Zomby and The Bug, and been sampled by Rosalia in her 2022 single Candy.

Despite rarely giving interviews or performing live, Bevan has amassed a cult following and a reputation as one of the UK’s best loved underground artists. His work also features heavily in the films of documentary maker Adam Curtis, who has said ” He’s got it, it’s the mood of our time that we’re waiting for. He’s way ahead of our time, an epic emotional artist.”
